All sales are final. No purchase can be returned, refunded or exchanged. All artworks are sold “as is” as exhibited, unless otherwise stated. No HST or auction commission is applicable.

Tax Receipts for Art Purchasers

For artworks that sell for more than 125% of the appraised value, the purchaser will be issued a tax receipt for the difference between the appraised value (retail value) and selling price.

Absentee Bids

To place an absentee bid, please download and complete the Absentee Bid Form.

Please submit the completed absentee bid form by email to gdavidson@gsch.ca or call
905-528-6565 x3306. Please submit your bids as early as possible, but no later than noon on April 4, 2024. In the event of identical bids, the earliest received bid will take precedence. Absentee bids will be represented by Art Gems on behalf of the bidder.

Successful bidders will be notified the day following the auction and your purchase will be charged to your Visa or Mastercard, as indicated on your completed form.

The work will be delivered to you in the days following the auction. If shipment is to be made outside of central Toronto, a quote will be offered on a case by case basis, and the purchaser will be asked to cover the cost of the shipping.

Phone Bidding

To participate in the live auction through phone bidding, please reach out to gdavidson@gsch.ca prior to the event to complete our Absentee Bid Form.
